WACOM Quartz was founded as a semiconductor quartz fabricator. This is still our strongest area of expertise and experience and the main goal of most of our capabilities. With a combination of in-house machining, glassblowing and glass welding, we can produce any project that our customers can draw within the following limits:

• Large Diameter Lathework up to 900 mm & 20 Feet Long
• Precision Welding, accurate to +/- .001"
• Large Benchwork, up to 4 feet cube and 1/2" thick Plate
• Production of Custom Sized, Large Bore Tubes (for resale or use in finished products)
• CNC Automated Machining, accurate to +/- .0005"
• CMM Computerized Inspection, accurate to +/- .0001"
