This area of the web site will provide information about the various aspects of Quality Assurance practiced every day. For 2008 Wacom Quartz has established the following Quality Objectives:

1. Yield rate of finished parts to customers will be greater than or equal to 99.7% every month in 2008.

2. Internal Yield rate (finished parts submitted to QC) will be greater than or equal to 97% every month in 2008.

3. On time delivery to customers (per their definition) will be 100% every month in 2008.
